What I bring into a room cannot easily be put into a resume. Across decades of work at the intersection of education, systems change, research, and strategic leadership, I have developed a way of seeing that most leaders never encounter in a professional relationship. I am unhurried in a world that rewards urgency. I bring authenticity into rooms that reward conformity. I listen at a depth that goes beneath the surface of what is said, attentive to what is being carried underneath the words.
